Bei der Gewinnung von Bioethanol f\u00fcr Kraftstoffe f\u00e4llt als Beiprodukt CO2-haltiges Rohgas an, welches in einem aufw\u00e4ndigen Prozess zu biogenem CO2 aufbereitet und verfl\u00fcssigt wird. Die&nbsp;<strong>biogene Kohlens\u00e4ure<\/strong>&nbsp;setzt bei der Anwendung nur so viel CO2 frei, wie vorher durch das Pflanzenwachstum (\u00fcberwiegend Weizen) aus der Atmosph\u00e4re entnommen wurde (Photosynthese). Die Verfl\u00fcssigung und Aufbereitung von biogenem CO2 schlie\u00dft den Kohlens\u00e4urekreislauf, so dass es nicht zum weiteren Ansteigen des CO2 Gehaltes der Luft kommt. Biogenes CO2 stellt somit ein&nbsp;<strong>nachhaltiges und besonders umweltfreundliches Produkt<\/strong>&nbsp;dar, welches es Industriekunden erm\u00f6glicht verst\u00e4rkt umweltfreundliche und nachhaltige Produkte herzustellen. Im Bereich Lebensmittel ist biogene Kohlens\u00e4ure das Produkt der Wahl f\u00fcr Unternehmen, die Wert auf Lebensmittelzusatzstoffe mit nat\u00fcrlicher Herkunft
